Sorry for the lack of posts! We have been on the move a good bit. Below is a quick recap of the last few weeks...
- My grandmother sold her house in Jackson and moved into Waterford in Madison. This is the house my grandfather and uncles built. My mom grew up here. My grandmother has EXCELLENT taste and my grandfather was a master craftsman so the house was beautiful in my opinion. I can say this - her room at Waterford may be the nicest I have seen! Baby blue ceilings, tan walls, fabulous artwork and gorgeous bamboo furniture.
- A few trips to the camp...thought you may like to see pictures:) We call this our second home! Some people go for beach houses, some for mountain homes...me...I prefer my 1970's mobile home! We laugh about it all the time. It's really not bad - I can be to Dogwood Festival in 25 minutes so I don't mind spending the weekend at the huntin' camp! Plus, it's a pretty family friendly camp so other wives and kids are there too and we eat like KINGS!

The annual fish fry!

Some good conversation is going on here!

Troy going to bushog
- My Mom2's (Troy's mom) birthday was Monday so we ran up to Jackson for dinner at Amerigo's! Delic-i-o-so!

Grandma and her girls - Kim, Alison and Karen (Troy is the baby...he says he was tortured growing up)
- A few GREAT weekends at the urban ministry on Sunday! The kids are really doing well. We actually had one voluntarily apologize for being rude a few minutes after he acted out...that's a big step. We continue to pray for these kids!
- Heirloom Sewing...I got the bug last Friday to sew an heirloom dress. I ran up to Sara's Sewing store and bought some gorgeous fabric and lace. This dress will be white batiste with ecru lace...can't wait. I decided to practice with some lace I already had. I hope to finish it up over the weekend. I'll post pictures when it's done! In the meantime...feast your eyes on these beauties! These are from the Heirloom designer Peaches Barnes.

We are headed off to our second home again this weekend. Hopefully I can get
the dress finished:)
